Anita Aparna Muyeed

From a young age, Anita searched for answers to timeless questions that neither science, theology, teachers nor peers could answer, often leaving her dissatisfied and frustrated. “Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I from? How can I find happiness?” Surprisingly (or perhaps not), she discovered Kriya Yoga during one of the most challenging and darkest times in her life when her mother passed away. Kriya Yoga gave her a glimpse of what is real, and one by one, the answers she had sought her whole life began to unfold.

 

Anita spent her childhood and teen years in France, after which she moved to the US for fifteen years. She has now been living in Bangladesh for the past seventeen years, where she founded the StreetWise Education Foundation in 2006, a non-profit organization that supports street-involved children in Dhaka.

 

She is a certified Ananda Sangha Meditation and Yoga instructor.

Linda Moyle

Linda became a Kriya Yogi after attending meditation classes facilitated by Kavita Parshotam at the Narrows Retreat in Hamilton, NZ and being inspired by the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. She graduated from the Ananda Meditation Teacher Training School in 2018.
